The road to Trademark

Hey everyone,

We've been on quite the journey lately, navigating the world of trademarks and brand protection. As you may know, we've been working hard to trademark our beloved name, Balanced. However, along the way, we encountered a few bumps in the road.

It turns out, there are several other companies out there attempting to trademark variations of Balanced. After consulting with our attorney, they suggested we consider rebranding to avoid potential legal conflicts. But let me tell you, there's no way we're giving up our name.

Instead, we've decided to streamline our brand to "Balanced Brand." It's shorter, snappier, and still encapsulates everything we stand for. Plus, after a quick search on the USTPO website, we discovered that "Balanced Brand" is clear for trademarking, with only one other inactive application in sight.

So, here we go—embracing the next chapter of our journey as "The Balanced Brand." It's a change we're excited about, and we can't wait to share this 14-month adventure with all of you. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to grow and evolve.
